Capital Region Local Workforce Development Area Program Year 2025-2028 Local Plan

The Capital Region Local Workforce Development Board is accepting public comments regarding the WIOA Local Plan for Program Years 2025-2028.

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is designed to help youth, job seekers and businesses connect with each other in the region.  The comprehensive four-year local plan serves as a plan to develop, align, and integrate local area service delivery strategies with those that support the the region’s strategic and operational goals.  The plan can be found online at the link below:
